FAQ
Do you shoot destination weddings?
YES Please!! I'd love to travel with you to photograph your love! Please inquire about special travel rates!
Will there be a second shooter?
I do not typically shoot with a second shooter. I do however team up with an amazing videographer, please message me for the full details to book us both! We are TONS of fun!
Can I extend the session on the day of?
It is possible yes, as long as I don't have another session scheduled right after yours. This typically doesn't happen until the beautiful Ohio fall in Oct. That is really the only time of the year that I do multiple sessions in one day!
How do I lock in current prices?
Once you have scheduled your session, paid your deposit- your session fee is locked in! However, orders need placed and images need chosen within that same year to lock in pricing on prints, digitals and products. For example, if your session is in 2022- all orders need placed by Dec 31,2022. Any orders placed after that will fall within 2023 pricing plans. This is something I remind all clients about at the end of the session to be diligent about, to avoid price increases.

Do I have to order prints through you?
While you do not have to order your prints through me, I would highly suggest that you do and offer a guarantee of the quality and longevity of the prints. I do offer the option to purchase digital images so you can print yourself. I offer Professional quality prints, canvas, products, books etc and will stand behind the products I use 100%! If you purchase digitals from me, please ask me for recommended labs to use for optimal consumer quality.
Can I add more digitals to the package?
Yes, I have pricing set up for individual digitals in addition to what comes with the package and groupings as well at a discounted rate!
What is your deposit & cancellation policy?
When scheduling your session, I collect a deposit to hold the date on my schedule. This money goes towards your total session fee. However if you do not show for your session or cancel the day of without good reason- your deposit is non-refundable/non-transferrable. In this business, it's hard to fill spots at the last minute or even the day before for planning purposes for all so I ask that you give me plenty of notice if you will not be coming. (48 hrs)
Will my images be online forever?
Your proofs will be online until you choose your images for your order. After I have edited and sent back your final images, they will be online for 1 month to get them downloaded. Once the gallery is removed, and you have not yet downloaded from the website, there will be a $75 fee to reupload your images online. Please be diligent in getting your photos saved.
Do you save my images forever?
I save all of my images for 3 years. It is imperative that you save your images to more than one place. For example, save to your desktop first, then make a copy and save to dropbox online then I'd suggest you also save them (especially wedding photos) to a flash drive and to an external hard drive. I cannot save your photos indefinitely.
